Flat fees for a standard single-family property.
A licensed Professional Engineer inspects the property with you and explains what we find, on site, in plain language. No written report is produced.
Everything above, plus a formal Engineer’s Inspection Letter with observations, photographs and our professional opinion — suitable for a building department, an attorney or a lender.
Our inspection is visual and non-destructive. We examine what can be seen and safely reached on the day we visit. We do not open walls, lift finished flooring, excavate, or dismantle equipment.
Some conditions cannot be found by any inspection of this kind. Problems concealed behind finishes, beneath grade, inside sealed assemblies, or in areas that are inaccessible or unsafe to enter on the day are outside what a visual inspection can reveal.
When we believe something needs further investigation, we say so — and explain what additional work would be required to answer it.
Larger or more complex? These are our standard fees for a single-family home within the described scope. For larger properties, commercial buildings, or additional services, send us your scope of work and we will prepare a precise proposal within 24 hours.
