Engineering opinions and recommendations are provided only after a site inspection or project review under a written agreement. Information shared by phone, text message, email, our virtual assistant, or this website before that point is for scheduling and general information only.

3. Text messaging program

Program: Lebra Engineering & Design sends text messages from (781) 514-6365 to people who contact us and ask for information, such as a link to book an inspection or project review, appointment details, and replies about their request.
Consent: You agree to receive these messages when you request one during a call or otherwise provide your number and ask us to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your request, usually one to a few messages.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
